Expanding our Turning capabilities has allowed us to significantly grow our expertise in Landing Gear and Actuation-related components. A new heavy-duty Doosan 4100 LB CNC Turning Centre has recently been installed to support our deep drilling capabilities as well as providing additional capacity. This machine accommodates a turning diameter of 22 inches and a 82-inch turning length. With a 50 hp spindle motor, and deep drilling capacity up to 36” long, this newest machine is aligned with the company’s ongoing capital plan to improve capabilities and capacity.

Elimetal machines a wide range of materials including but not limited to; Stainless Steel, Steel, Aluminum, Inconel, and Titanium. These are received in the form of Castings or Solid Bars, ranging from 0 – 32 inches.

Existing Equipment can machine up to 24” in Diameter and 80” in Length.
