Within our technical staff (Engineering, Quality, Program Management), our average years of industry experience is over 25 with a good mixture gained both outside and within Elimetal.

Staff retention has been strong across the organization with some 20 employees having greater than 20 years of service and 10 employees having been with the company for more than 30 years.
